Baby Broccoli Organic, 1 Each

I consider myself very fortunate to have gotten these two beautiful bunches of broccolini. I was so thrilled to see their beautiful green color, especially in the middle of winter when there is not too much fresh produce to be had. They were the best broccolini that we have ever had. I made them in the air fryer with olive oil, bread crumbs, garlic, and freshly-ground salt and pepper. It was perfection!!! They really were so fresh, so tender, and so delicious. We enjoyed them so much. I only wish that I had gotten double the amount, haha. Oh well, next time... Sometimes, you get really lucky at Whole Foods. Their produce is outstanding!!! I love shopping at Whole Foods because you never know what unexpected treat you will find there. They carry a lot of good stuff!!!

Delicious 😋 5 minutes in microwave with a little water in bottom of a bowl and cover with a Ziploc bag partially left open to steam. Eat while fresh they are tender and delicious! Way better than regular broccoli 🥦

great flavor but fibrous a few times including this purchase , best if selecting produce and animal in person. shoppers are variable and would be revolutionary if you can select your shopper.

Look, I didn’t expect to get emotionally attached to a vegetable, but here we are. This baby broccoli is the kind of produce that makes you feel like you’re making good life decisions… while also being just cute enough that you briefly question whether you should cook it or tuck it into bed. It’s crunchy, fresh, and tastes way better than regular broccoli, like it went to therapy, worked on itself, and showed up to your dinner emotionally stable and delicious. Throw it in a pan with butter and garlic and suddenly you’re eating like a responsible adult who has their life together. Or at least looks like they do. Plus, it didn’t get soggy, mushy, or weird in the fridge like some vegetables that clearly give up on life too fast. This little guy had resilience. Personality. Confidence. Honestly, if vegetables had dating profiles, I’d swipe right. 10/10 would absolutely steam, sauté, and emotionally depend on again.
