They don't stay in place! I had to crazy glue mine into the shoes. They slip around while walking otherwise very comfortable, but pointless if they move around

I bought these to go inside a pair of snug booties (size 7) that lacked any kind of padding or arch support. I just put the insoles in today, but I think they're going to work pretty well. They are thin (as you can see in the picture) but do have light extra padding on the toe and heels, and a raised arch support. Soft velvety fabric on top, and very sticky gel backs. My boots are snug and narrow but I had no trouble getting the insole positioned inside. They do not reach very far past the ball of my feet, but as the arch support is what I really wanted, I doubt it'll be a problem. The boots are slightly tighter now - any thicker of an insole might not have fit - but not so much that they're uncomfortable.
