Would this work on dsm2 radio??

I’m using a DX8 V2 on one of these. It binds but telemetry doesn’t work. Only use these on your inexpensive planes.

is this also a flight controller?

The reciever can be used to control the aircraft without a flight controller. this would be the RC configuration. the flight controller gives more options kinda like upgrading your tesla to autopilot.

Will this work with the DX6 ?

If it's noot listed then more then likely no.

Why does it say Spektrum on the front?

Diferen manufactura, but it's down satellite compertevol whit Spectrum Radio, check you way to bander whit the Radio.
