I have completed many purchases on Amazon and have been very happy with customer service. I'm gradually shifting my Walmart purchases over to Amazon. The best part is, IF I have to return an item, Amazon does not demand I show my drivers license and phone number! I certainly hope they never will. I use one credit card to make purchases at Walmart and always have asked my returns to be credited to that card. Now they require me to give them my drivers license and phone number. I'll eat whatever it was I purchased before I give them more personal information!

The firestick is not 100% without this bad boy. So kids can bypass and listen to music or play games with the Alexa button. Look no further because this fixes that problem.I have no delays with mine. Works quite smooth and honestly better than the original.Use your other remote to pair it then put your other remote away as a backup. Easy set up just go to your remote and controller settings and just ignore the instructions that it comes with they didn't really work.

This is not working. No matter what we do, what we search online, the batteries, anything. It feels cheap and light-weighted. There's no way to know if it's truly working because it doesn't do anything. The buttons seem not to be working, we cannot pair it. It's just awful. We waited to finally have this and use our Amazon Fire but still, we cannot use it. Not worth it at all. Better to buy a whole new Amazon Fire than waste money on this.

Ordered this because my fire stick remote just stopped working. Pairing was easy. I gave it only 4 stars because there is a delay ( not much) when using the remote. I would say like 10-15 second delay. Sometimes I also have to press what I want 2-3 times before it registers. However the remote works and was cheaper then getting a whole new fire stick.

This remote was exactly like the original, which is not often the case when you by a replacement. It was easy to pair with the Firestick and works perfectly. The price was really good for this remote and it was delivered in two days. a good purchase!

over priced for such a cheap remote. It works but I had a problem configuring even though I followed the directions exactly. After like the 3rd try it synced. I didn't do anything different from the other 2 times. Maybe that issue was with my firestick and not the remote. But when I use the remote I have to really point it directly at the location where the firestick is plugged into the tv. Seems like the communication between the remote and the firestick is really a weak signal. Again not sure if that is the remote or an issue with my firestick device but I never had yo do this with the original remote.

I ordered this replacement for my daughter because she lost the original. It paired up easily to the Fire stick and worked the apps ok once it was paired. It does not have Alexa voice command capability. Other than that it works just like the original remote.
