I find myself reaching for it time and again because of its taste and ease of preparation. But I have some concerns about its healthiness. It's that nagging doubt we often have about packaged mixes—what exactly goes into it, especially in terms of sugars or additives, right? Matcha's benefits are pretty well-known, with its antioxidants and potential energy boost, but it's the other ingredients that often keep us guessing. Sometimes, these instant mixes can sneak in added sugars or sweeteners, which can throw a curveball into the "healthy" equation. I've found that checking the label helps shed some light on what's inside, but it doesn't always tell the whole story. Sometimes, reaching out to the manufacturer for more detailed info can give a better picture of what you're sipping on. My approach has been to enjoy it in moderation, treating it as a treat rather than a daily staple. That way, I get to relish the flavor without feeling too guilty about the health aspect. And when I do indulge, I pair it with other healthier choices in my diet to keep the balance.

I love it! I do wish it, wish it came in strawberry as well though, Also a bit of advice is a little goes a long way, even the recommended amount is sometimes a little bit too strong but I love it nonetheless

It’s delicious and lemony, no “earthy” taste at all. I drink it cold.

This has a nice, tart flavor (which I prefer), but at full strength it is WAY too sweet imo. I use half a tablespoon in a full glass of water and ice. And while I do like the taste, it gets very clumpy and takes foreeeever to dissolve even stirring constantly. Then it tends to settle in the bottom a bit so you do need to re-stir. Because of that, I'll use what I have but do not plan to repurchase or recommend.

I’m really liking this! It’s a nice pick-me-up on a hot summer afternoon. It does need to be whisked into the water to blend it well, though. Delicious over a glass of crushed ice!
