USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Quarter Sheet Pan, Baking Sheet Aluminized Steel

I'd like to replace all of my existing metal bakeware with USA Pans. They're that good, and the company offers a wide variety of sizes. I've used them with and without silicone mats or parchment. Treat them well, and you'll have them forever.

Like many of us I have a collection of baking sheets, some from my mother who if living would be 104 years old. So they have seen better days. I have recently discovered USA pans and am slowly replacing some of my metal bakeware pieces with these fine quality well made pieces. Before purchasing this 1/4 sheet size pan I had only my mothers old 1/4 sheet pan. It is coated with years of "patina" and I always had to wrap it in foil if I used it. But I do use it! So after purchasing one of USA pans 9 inch pie tins, which I found to be of high quality I decided it was high time to buy a new 1/4 sheet pan. I was pleased to find it here on Amazon and it arrived this afternoon the same day order ( thank you Amazon!). I am baking a triple berry slab pie for a friend who is visiting tomorrow. These pies are typically baked on a 1/2 size cookie sheet ( with sides ) and made to serve a crowd. But I did not want to make a huge pie so I decided to use a 1/4 sheet size and wanted a nice clean new pan to bake it in. This is going to be perfect. The pan is heavy and well made as was the pie pan. They are stated to be non stick and feel as though they do have a coating. I would compare these to Nordic ware or other good high quality bakeware. They are comparably priced. I like that the bottoms are slightly corrugated to allow airflow. I am sure this will deliver many fine oven baked foods and last for years to come! At near 70 years old it will outlast me for sure! Great cookware that your grandkids can enjoy long after you have passed on!

This pan is the best. . I mean the best. Grooved so as to not stick too bottom. Well built . Thick. Does not bend in heat. Even at 450.. iv had it awhile now. Never buy anything else

First of all I love this pan. It is the best sheet I have ever had. You will understand, then, why I am sad that the bottom has discolored, and there is a tiny bit of rust along the curled edges. This sheet has never been scrubbed with anything. Only a soft sponge and soap. Hand dried, and never in a dishwasher.I need another 9x13 sheet, so I am ordering a back up, it is that good of a product. I'm just sad, though. It is just cosmetic, but disappointing it is doing this.

This is an excellent quality sheet pan. It's rugged and heats up nicely without burning roasted vegetables or other foods. I use it often for sheet pan meals, baking, and reheating meals. I appreciate that it's made in the USA and is also of good quality.

I love this little pan. It's perfect for those times you don't need a full 9x13.I can use parchment paper but don't have to.It's a breeze to clean even the most burnt, baked on sugar. A little hot water and within moments it comes right off.I'm buying another one soon.
