Question 1

What are the dimensions of your certa pure pillow what is the diameter of the earhole

Accepted Answer

The pillow itself is about 26x17 in
The ear hole is about 6x5 in
The dimensions are approximate because of how little or more stuffing used.
The company is very responsive and helpful. The pillow is very comfy.

Question 2

Does the pillow case also have a hole in it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, BUT the “pillow case” is really a pillow protector and on mine, the threads that attach the zipper to the pillow protector started to break after the second washing. Most of all let me tell you that the company was penny-pinching when they chose a zipper for the protector, it does not extend across the end of the pillow. This is a problem only if you wish to remove it...or put it back on. My wife gave up after the first washing and turned that task over to me because she couldn’t put it back on. Oh, and the pillow is to tall for my ear to reach it from either side. The solution for me has been to remove enough of the inner foam to sort of pull the hole down to meet my ear. So far, I haven’t found that entirely successful either. There is another pillow with a hole in it made in the U.K. and I’d suggest you study it before buying this one.

Question 3

How do I return this for a refund? The pillow traps heat and hurts my neck.

Accepted Answer

Don't knwo aboout the refund, but have you removed any of the stuffing in the pillow - that can make a world of difference!

Question 4

how do you remove some foam?

Accepted Answer

Your pillow will come in a zippered pillowcase. Take that pillowcase off, and you'll see that the main body of the pillow has another zipper running down its spine. That's where you'll get to the stuffing. A word on removing some of it, though: take a little at a time, then knead and massage the pillow to even everything out so it doesn't wind up lumpy. It might take a few nights to get the height and softness to your liking.
