Strong enough for almost any job
I mounted this in the car port to dry cloths while it is raining outside, works like a champ. It was very easy to install and strong enough to hold several loads of cloths and bedding. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of or just wants to save money drying clothes.

Retractable Clothes Line.
I was pleasantly surprised to find something that had a product ID matching exactly what I needed and works well.

So far, so good
Wasn't sure how to really rate this product as I live in sunny Jamaica where we are accustomed to a traditional backyard clothesline with posts at both ends. But my family does a lot of entertaining in our backyard and each time we entertained we had to take the lines off the posts so they wouldn't become a hindrance to our guest (a very tedious task). So I decided to get a retractable clothesline. We also had to purchase the 3-piece clothesline post (did a separate review for this) as our fence was not high enough for the receiving bracket. My son had to install a backboard before putting up the unit to create a flat surface as our wall had indentations. The unit is quite heavy and cumbersome to install (good thing my son is pretty handy in this area). If it falls, those plastic parts will definitely be broken. They should try to make the casing and knobs from metal. My disappointment with this product is that I can never get ALL the lines taut all at once. However, I rated it 4 stars because the delivery was on time, it came in good condition, and so far it has held up nicely with 3 sets of sheets and a large load of towels. I try to hang lighter items, such as underwear on the sagging lines. Hopefully, it continues to hold up for many more laundry days. I'll post a pic soon.

Great product. This replaced the same product that we had owned for over 10 years

Great clothesline
This is my third Sunline. The first lasted many years. The second only four, and this one...we shall see. I live in a harsh and brutal climate where the sun destroys all sorts of things. I think the heat is what caused my last one to lose the plastic coating on the the lines. They cracked, broke off and the fibers were exposed on the lines. One line broke. I got this on sale, it fit exactly like the old one so I didn't need to do any install, just hooked both ends. Some careful adjusting of the lines was required to take up the slack. This is important for even tension, and is done on the end that hooks into the bracket, not the housing.I can get four, sometimes five loads at a time to dry for free in the sun. Nothing smells better than fresh off the line sheets and towels!I have no idea how long this will last, but it's a great clothesline for the price.

Drill and fasteners by owner although bolts included / not anchors for hard surface install!
As expected design and workmanship. Easy installation and user friendly.

Useful (does the job) but not perfect
My husband installed this and said it wasn't hard, so I take his word on that one. The line sometimes needs to be fussed with to get all strands to pull out evenly, but once I got the hang of it, it was not a big deal. It holds the clothes just fine, and pulls back in to clear the pathway when not in use. There seems to always be one of the strands that sags a bit, but it is still use-able. The first time I used it one of the lines crossed over to the wrong pulley channel and it took some work to get it back in its groove, but once done, all is well. I live in a rainy climate (Oregon coast), so hope that the metal casing is well-coated so it doesn't rust, but I've only had it a month so it is too soon to know. Anyway, it's nice to have the option to hang out the sheets when it isn't raining, so I'm glad I made the purchase and I would recommend this for anyone that doesn't want, or have room for, a clotheline.
