Pleasantly surprised with the inexpensive outdoor fountain. It was easy and quick to put together and although it's lightweight it stands up to wind and storms. It has a impressive water flow however because of the small basin it has to be topped off about every 2-3 days. It is attractive and it attracts birds as it sits in our garden courtyard.

A few years ago I purchased a fountain from this company that I have been very happy with. However the pump finally died and replacing it was something of a nightmare but not the nightmare of this purchase. The first one came in a damaged box with several layers of tape over the original tape. On inspecting the parts, the large pan had been cracked and it leaked. The exchange was the easiest I've ever had on Amazon. I received the replacement even before the return was received. Today I opened the box and attempted to assemble the fountain. The one I bought some years ago went together in about 20 minutes. Not so this one. Parts didn't fit squarely, but with work finally did line up. The pump would not f it properly because too much cord had been left at the top. The adapter for the pump to the copper tube was put in backwards. The nuts on the copper tube were on so tight that it doesn't fit properly to the pump. The only reason I am not returning it is because in attempting to get one of the nuts loose I have scratched up the tube. The tube, in the instructions, shows a copper piece that holds it in place. Not so with this tube. The fountain, itself, would be a nice addition to the garden but now I have a bird bath with a pump sitting in it. I have photos but am too tired to post at the moment. Maybe later.

Works really well!!The appearance is great. It looks real expensive because of the material, unless you grab it or touch it you’d never guess it’s plastic.It gives a very cozy homey feeling to my little patio.

Well you absolutely get what you pay for!! This is very cheaply made. It isn’t level at all. It’s very light weight. I u bolted it to a concrete paver and that’s working great. Just isn’t level and no matter what I try it doesn’t work. I have the pump set to low and that’s perfect flow. I unplug it at night because the water will run low. I have to add water to it daily. It’s very cute just wished more effort had been put into making it.

Update after a few days - the bottom bassoon isn't wide enough to prevent the water from splashing out and drying up. Even leveled, it will splash out on the lowest pump setting and you will have to put more water in every 10 hours.Simple to put together. Didn't come with the screws and washers like it's supposed to but luckily I saved the ones from the previous Alpine fountain that the raccoons broke.A little wobbly standing on its own but that's what happens when resin warms up in the sun. It has a very pleasant tranquil sound. I have the pump on the lowest setting so the water doesn't splash out and dry up the basin. The birds love it.

This fountain is so beautiful, bigger than I expected, and better quality, definitely buy it just a few things to know: You can adjust the water flow if it is on, medium or high, the water basically splashes itself out of it, and you are refilling it a lot, especially if it’s windy, but on the lowest setting it functions beautifully perfectly in the water flows evenly over the sides, if it is medium or high, it tends to just be too powerful for itself. I used the pins to it and i leveled it, attaching the copper tube to the pump to the bath can be tricky but all easily done. Really really beautiful. I have had neighbors compliment me on it, and people that I have shown have had incredible reactions and it’s just a little fountain lol. It’s so relaxing, I bought it to attract birds, so my dog will be stimulated looking outside the window and it works doing that beautifully. Sparrows especially love it.

very weak since its plastic, when its all together its always crooked. water falls to one side no matter how straight the base is. keeping it as a bird bath that's all. Also no easy access to the pump, you have to take all the trays apart and center pieces to reach the pump for cleaning. disappointing

The media could not be loaded. Love this little fountain. It looks great out front of my house. I did find however that even on the lowest stream setting it was still pretty significant and there was a lot of splashing over the side that made me somewhat weary of leaving it on when away. I shoved a little piece of old filter from another fountain down the fishes mouth to restrict flow and now it’s perfect! Now I don’t have to worry about it emptying itself during the day!
