The paint stays on in the rain. Be sure it doesn't rain the first 24 hours but after that it's great. I love this product.

I am not exactly sure of what you are asking. I think you want to know if it will streak... if it might run? It is a very thin paint. The applicator has a mist or stream setting. That alone lets you know it is a pretty thin paint/dye. I have used it on grass, boxwoods, and evergreens. It has a bit of a striping possibility any time you apply it on something that is verticle. On grass, that is actually a good thing as it looks all the more natural. hope that helps.
