Extremely disappointing quality
I've used old-school box cutters for decades, from the time when my late Dad first brought some home from beverage distributors as promotional tools and gifts at the supermarket chain that he was a manager for. They're simple devices, made from light sheet steel, stamped and folded into a simple shell that has a 2-position inner blade holder also formed and cut from similar sheet steel, to allow a simple one-sided razor blade to be affixed as a cutter or a scraper, depending on what end of the inner blade holder the blade is attached to. A brilliantly simple and effective design, one that takes up very little space in a pocket. So what went wrong with these modern-day examples that I bought last month and then FORGOT to send back for a refund? Well, just about everything when it comes to the cutter end of things. The supplied razor blades, near as I can tell, is standard sized. They fit solidly in my older box cutter handles. But in these new production handles made and/or sold by WEUPE, they move around considerably, which might be fine for simply breaking down cardboard boxes, but for any detail cutting chores (like trimming a product sale sign for display), that kind of shoddy fit is unacceptable for maximizing the chance of getting a clean cut. The scraper end isn't nearly as bad; at least the blade doesn't shift around which could make the device outright dangerous to the user if it were to slip out of its holding slot as the scraper was being pushed on a particularly resilient surface. As it is, how such a simple design could've been made so darn WRONG is beyond my feeble comprehension. I wish I could give the product a ZERO star rating, but I guess 1 Star will have to do.

Been looking for this!
I had this from a previous place I worked at (no I didn't steal it) and it started to rust. Same concept just different vendor. Makes cutting my Amazon boxes open so easy!

Works Great!
Back in the day when just about everything came in sealed boxes every clerk in a grocery store had one of these - modern packaging has reduced the need. When I had a small business and we were doing a lot of shipping and receiving, these things were invaluable for opening and adapting cardboard boxes.Well, I finally lost the last one left over from the business so I went looking for more and found these. The blades they come with are sharp and they slide in and out of the shell of the cutter easily. Really handy for breaking down all those Amazon boxes to go in the recycle bin and many other cutting tasks. Sure a dozen is a few more than I need but the price is right and now I'm set for box cutting for the foreseeable future.

Handy Tool to have Around
I used these as a stock boy in my younger years and always found them useful. They hold a single edge razor blade so they are always sharp. I keep one handy for cutting down boxes, cutting wrapping paper and ribbon, and for whatever you might need a sharp edge. They get dull, you either turn the blade around to the other end, or put in a new blade. Done using, just slide the cover over the blade and stick it in your pocket. Need a scraper, the end will also hold the full blade for that, but remember-it is sharp-it’s a razor.

No strength
Sharp edges for handling. Very thin and basic compared to what I used to be able to get
