Firstly, the quality of this puzzle is superb, has a nice weight and a very smooth feel to it.Secondly, the difficulty is definitely on the higher side. I've done a few other Hanayama puzzles so I was prepared for a challenge. At first it seems as though there is no possible way to separate the pieces (or even budge them to move). And even when you finally get half way the solution is hard to solve (but oh what fun!).And lastly, it just looks cool, and would make a nice gift or conversation piece on your coffee table.Has an enjoyable solution and I highly recommend this puzzle

This is the fifth puzzle from Hanayama I have purchased and just like the others it's well crafted. It is sleek and smooth, but was simple for me to solve. The box did state it was a level four, however I feel it might be more of a three. This puzzle provided me with about six straight hours of time before I solved it. Again, your millage may vary. I would recommend adding this one to your collection. It will definitely tease your brain for a few hours.

It's a fun thing to mess with, but pretty simple to solve. Its a great desk trinket though as it looks really sleek and cool.

These are awesome puzzles. I am 33 years old and have been addicted to these. I am new to playing with puzzles like this and this one took me about 45min to an hour to solve. Took me another 30 minutes to take it apart and do it again. None of my coworkers have been able to figure it out yet. Just playing with it in person seemed intimidating to me. There are not hardly any obvious moving parts and you have to really work to get some progress done. If you have done lots of these then it may not be as challenging, but for someone new to this hobby I find it enjoyable. I also find that these types of puzzles are good for stress or anxiety. It is really hard to focus on something else when you get into these.

This one gets 5 stars just for looking so good! Hanayama knows how to make a puzzle that looks too good to just shove into a drawer, stored away out of sight. You have to display these beauties and this one is definitely front row on my shelf! Not all that hard, but still fun and of course it looks really good on the puzzle shelf!

Well made and aesthetically pleasing, but very simple to solve. The description promises a difficulty rating of 4 (on a scale of 1-6), but based on experience with many other Hanayama puzzles, I would put the rating at about 2. Every adult we handed this to was able to solve it in about 10 minutes or less.

Another fantastic puzzle. The donuts spin around together. This one didn't take me long, but the solution is still enjoyable.
