Read the reviews because I'm SO SCARED to put things on my face. Currently, I'm in a stressful situation, so my face on both sides of my face (chin area) broke out in deep painful pimples or something. They cleared up on my left side, kinda quick, initially. Then the right side had an outbreak, but deeper and PAINFUL cyst-like acne. It was taking FOREVER to heal. I used an antiseptic to take the pain away. Then I started reading the reviews for this soap. THIS SOAP! WOW! The few dark spots left on the left side, gon in a few days after starting this soap. The right side is clearing, EVERYDAY! My face is beautifully clear, everywhere else and even toned from this soap. I haven't begun to use this bar up. I can tell this bar of soap will last a while. It's pretty big and it lathers, nice and quick. There's no scent, too me. Also, I leave it on while I'm washing my cotton cloth out, only. I'm using it only on my face with the cotton cloth. People let me just say this, if it burns, it's left on too long. Be careful because anything can mess you up if not used properly. I'll be buying this from now on. I love this soap! Gold gold, these products comes with results. Gets rid of acne and dark spots, it even your skin tone and makes your skin feel smooth. It does dry my skin, has good lather and get rid of dirt. Xoxo

I was very excited to try this soap. It's not heavily perfumed or scented like a lot of soaps, which I liked, and I was hopeful it would help with some of the hyperpigmentation issues I have had. Unfortunately I guess my skin was more sensitive than anticipated, as after only two uses, I noticed patches of red rash on my neck (where I was primarily using the soap), and I had to stop using immediately. It had a nice lather and left a nice clean feeling when using, but if you are prone to skin problems, you may want to avoid. I did like everything else about it so I did not want to rate low stars. It may work better for many other people. I may try a different kind, because the brand is quite quality.

I really appreciate that this soap is made with ingredients that are natural and recognizable. The smell of the soap ensures to me that real tumeric is being used in the product . So it doesn’t bother me at all . The smell doesn’t linger after you lather and rinse . I have only used it for 2 days and 3 nights so far so I haven’t began to see results with lifting discoloration. However I have already began to see pore reduction and the small pimples I had 3 days are ago have completely disappeared. I brought this product in hopes to brighten my dark circles and sinus line as well as achieve the infamous “glass skin” . I pair this soap with a ph balancing toner , effective moisturizer, hydrating serum and dark circle eye cream . I have slightly oily skin so my advice is if you have sensitive or dry skin is to ensure that you balance the ph of your skin back out after the use of this soap with a great toner and moisturizer (at the least) . This soap is very stripping but for all the right reasons . Great bang for your buck .

Update** so this was my original review and I’ll say it’s been a few months of me using this now after I stopped for a nice while because I did not see results. I think I wanted a miracle that only my dermatologist could perform lol and she did… noooowww coupled with the medicine from my derm, which I actually stopped using… plus sunscreen now daily I see a difference! This soap always gave me a glow but now you can really see it since the scars and acne has went down. I still can’t say it works for that specifically but I do know when it comes to my skin feeling clean it does help and that glow is amazing! I use it and I like the way it works for the most part. I had really high hopes based on the reviews but I honestly can’t say it really delivered. My skin would be soft afterwards but after using two different bars and still nothing idk. I started off only using it once a day and after a week started using it twice for about 3 weeks. During that time, I wanted to truly see if it worked so I wasn’t using anything else. In the very beginning I did get those little red bumps that others mentioned but they went away fast. After about 3 weeks once I started getting real bumps again I realized I’d have to start using some of my acne medicine again in addition to this. Which with over drying I went back to once a day. I think overall it made my skin brighter but it didn’t necessarily go the same to my actual acne scars. They’re mainly on my checks from the mask. I then tarted to try to I corporate Tumeric/honey/lemon juice with it as well and still nothing so it could just be me but I at least wanted to give an honest review.

I love this soap. Has all natural ingredients. I have execma and this soap hasn't bothered it at all. I haven't had a break out on my skin since I started using the soap. Plus my skin is much softer. It has a bit of a weird smell but it doesn't linger on your skin after you wash it off at all. I am so glad that there is no perfumes in the soap. They irritate my execma. I have also noticed that the sunspots I had on my arms , hands and legs have gotten lighter in color. Working in the sun for 31 years left its mark on me in sun spots. This was such a perk ! Definitely going to order again! Grateful for this company and their commitment to an all natural product. Keep up the good work! Thank you 😊 💓

I love this soap. It lathers well. It has helped my skin tremendously. I have very sensitive skin and I have had no issues. It also helped to even out my skin tone.

I rarely write reviews but after what I experienced with this soap, I wanted to send out a warning. I decided to give this soap a try after reading all the positive reviews. I also liked the ingredients listed as I am very particular about that. I have some minor hyperpigmentation around my cheek and chin that I have been trying to get rid of for years. As I always do, I read the negative reviews as well to get a sense of what went wrong for other people while using the product. I read how some people experienced skin darkening and found that to be odd since turmeric is supposed to do the opposite. However, I proceeded with trying it anyway. At first, things were going really well. Although I did not see a brightening effect, my face was glowing and soft. About two and a half weeks later after regular twice a day (morning and night) daily use, I started developing strange black marks around the corners of my mouth. Given that I used another product at the time that in my experience has had a slight burning sensation sporadically, I attributed it to that and perceived them to be burns from that product. Although, I found it strange because I never experienced said effects to that intensity before. I continued with my twice a day daily use of the soap. As of yesterday (4/29), about a week and a half after seeing the first marks, I started developing another patch on my chin. I then realized that it was the soap causing this peculiar reaction since it is the only new product that I have recently implemented in my skincare regimen. I stopped using the soap immediately and I am now trying to repair the damage it has done. Thankfully, Amazon allowed me to return what I had left despite the return window for my purchase closing. The customer service representative that I corresponded with was very compassionate and understanding of my situation. Given all the positive reviews, it is clear that this product seemingly works for most people, so I am wary and find it unfair to imply that the manufacturer is misleading about this item. It appears that it just does not compliment certain people’s skin for whatever reason. All that to say, buy at your own risk as it is impossible to know until you try it, which subset you fall under.
