Excellent yogurt
You should be able to find this yogurt locally for about twenty percent less than this price. I buy a container a week and it barely makes it through the week. I love plain yogurt, but Greek yogurt was a real revelation. It's like eating ice cream. In fact, if you find ice cream hard to give up, this yogurt, with just a touch of honey or maple syrup, can do the trick. If you want to avoid sugar from honey, you can add in mashed bananas. Another great addition is a grated apple with some cinnamon.I eat this as a dessert or breakfast, adding in a seed mixture of pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia and sesame seeds. This adds fiber and crunch as well as omega-3 fatty acids. I put in a teaspoon of honey and sometimes, raspberries. It's delicious and takes the edge of hunger if you are eating light. If you put chia and flax seeds plus rolled oats and fruit in, and let it soak overnight, you get a cold oatmeal breakfast that is lighter than muesli or granola because it's not made with oils or sugars. My primary care physician years ago recommended Greek yogurt for the protein content. Because the yogurt is drained of its whey, it increases the amount of protein you get per serving, and this is lean protein, because it's zero percent fat. This is a great snack or meal and can work to satisfy the craving for creamy desserts or ice cream.
