These work great to keep champagne and cava fresh and bubbly. We've used them and kept a bottle fresh for a week. If you don't open the bottle again for a day or more, pressure builds back up so be prepared for a pop!

Never thought I'd write a review, but this thing is amazing and something I never thought I even needed! I like to have Aperol spritzes on most weekends and make them for friends, and that means a lot of opened but not necessarily finished bottles of prosecco. I love sparkling wine so much, but I would always have bottles go flat over the work week and into the weekend. This little item is a lifesaver! I would bet it would work well for Italian sodas and other NA sparkling drinks in glass bottles, too, like sparkling lemonades. It's easy to use, durable, and works like a charm. Love this as a gift idea!

I bought one of these stoppers and it worked so well that I have now ordered two more. I used the first one the day I received it. I put it on a large bottle of sparkling white wine. The bottle is huge at 1.5L so I have taken a glass or two a day for a few days. The bottle has been open for a week and the wine still tastes as good, and has all its bubbles that it did when I opened it. This is a great product! I definitely recommend it.

We have previously used regular and pump stoppers to try to preserve sparkling wine. Eventually, the power of the bubbles overcomes most friction stoppers, and you hear a muffled pop inside your fridge. The bubbles leave your wine, and you have to search for the stopper. They work fine for non-sparkling wines.This model fastens securely on using the lip of the bottle. I am constantly surprised when I open it back up how much of a pop there is when I remove this stopper--it really has created and held a good seal, and preserved the bubbles!We've been using this intermittently for about six-eight months now, and have experienced no problems with reliability or breakage.

Went through 3 similar, cheaper plastic versions that broke after months of use. While this metal version is spendy- I can already see that this product will have a significantly longer life span. High quality AND it works! Keeps the champagne bubbly for 2-3 days after opening the bottle. Great buy as a gift or as an addition to your barware supplies.

This stopper is the BEST and works very well but be careful. Be sure to cover the bottle with a towel when uncorking. The pressure is super strong and can hurt someone if you are not careful!

It works great! My bottles of bubbly keep their fizz and stay good! Great product!
