Great gadget. We are using it every Thursday

Works really well and looks good. I heat mine on my webber gas BBQ for an hour at 500deg. That gives around 30 minutes of good cooking time. You can go longer but the cooking is slower. Have only used for steak. Use good quality meat I use aged ribeye which I cut into strips before cooking. What has been great is our daughter aged 11 eats a lot more than she would normally as she is cooking it and distracted about how much she is eating.

These do take a bit of preparation and it does take a long time to get up to temperature, but follow the instructions and you will enjoy the tastiest steaks cooked how you like it. A definite hit with all our family!

Amazing product. So easy to heat. I place on electric hob for 30mins and this heats up while preparing the chips. Heat stays in stone for longer than I know as our steaks are well eaten before we notice it is cooling. I have used for prawns, scallops and all cuts of steak. Very easy to clean once cooled. I bought two for a family of four. Plenty of room.

Simple idea that offers a bit of fun around grilling but stone takes an hour to heat up and cooks only for a few minutes, so a bit of a novelty item. This size is really suitable only for one steak so at least two needed to be useful - but maybe better for each diner to have their own stone anyway.

Yet again a brilliant product, I have six of these stones and they are just the best way to cook steak ( and other meats) always a great conversation starter with friends . Heating them in the barbecue is the best way to get them really hot, simply a brilliant classy product, well done Black Rock 👍

Black Rock Grill stones are the real deal! I was so excited to find them available on Amazon and they arrived in just 12 hours. The rocks sizzle just like they did when I had them in a restaurant. I heated the rock on my gas hob at full heat for 40 minutes instructions are so easy to follow. We placed the hot rock in the centre of the table and shared it - it was plenty big enough to share. 12 oz ribeye steaks on it. It was delicious, steak cooked on a stone just tastes better!! Seems to trap in all the natural flavours and it's nice having a hot steak even the last mouthful. Awesome product Black Rock Grill! I will be back to purchase another - maybe a gift for the mother-in-law if she's lucky!
