I have received this product 2 days ago and have tried some extensive tests on it which i will talk about later in this review.During these days of lockdown most of us are working from home and those long power cuts do screw up the work time. It was for this reason I was looking for such product in the first place. The only product I knew which could suffice my purpose was from Anker but unfortunately they are not readily available here and also come with a AC output of 110V. I am living in a rented apartment in Mumbai where powercuts are not that frequent that one would like to invest on something like an inverter which takes up space and also requires rewiring the apt.So I was looking for something with a smaller footprint example a ups but that would be limited to run a router and laptop and would come with 1-3 wall sockets depending on which one we buy. Also a UPS is not exactly very portable.This product solves all my problems and tick the right boxes. It is portable can charge my cell, smart watch, run a DC appliance right from the specifically provided DC output port and also comes with a inverter that can provide you with a wall output port 3 pin socket with 220V AC supply for max of 150W. So I went ahead and bought it.The first day i just charged it it 100% to check whether it can deliver what it is supposed to.I ran my Wifi router for 8 hours continuously and while that was running on the DC port (at the selected 12V option) I charged my smart watch once my smart phone from 20 to 90% and also charge my office laptop through the in box inverter from 27 to 94%. And after all this I still had 1 bar remaining out of the 4. I would like to mention there was a time when all the above 4 devices were running on this powerbank at once.I hope if you have read this review till this point all your queries are answered.Still I would like to ask Coolnut to add a DC - DC socket cable in the box. I had to make one on my own to run the Wifi router at 12. This gives me better battery life rather that running the router through the inverter provided. If you have router running on 12/16/19/21 V the correct voltage can be selected.

Where well thought of product, that could be used as a battery backup for laptop especially usefull during the lockdown for WFH and School from Home tooIt even supported large laptop like asus rog strix 17inch.Initially i got an issue with my powerbank but when I approached the customer care got prompt support and guidance. Got step by step process and also got step by step update on my product repair or replacement by their manager Prachi.They tried to repair but later they sent me brand new powerbank that was in original packed.Inspite I delayed in sending them the product Coolnut stood true to their warranty.Mostly its a thought that small new venture companies usually do not have good customer service in India but this company believes strongly in customer service.Only drawback is the product is heavy and bulky not sure if we can carry it on aircraft. But given the power 60000mAh it is clear it would be heavy and bulky, but the body is sturdy and strong and one can hold in one hand
