The Outward Mindset: Seeing Beyond Ourselves Paperback – Illustrated, September 10, 2019

This book really brings together the excellent intuitions and observations found in the previous two books. The evolution of diagraming collective and individual mindset is a great tool, including nuances that could masquerade inward mindset under a veneer of being "nice."

I recommend this book to anyone looking for different results. The concepts are presented in a simple and uncomplicated manner, but the best part is all of the rich, real-life examples that are shared, helping the reader see what the concept looks like in real life.

The Arbinger Institute wraps up the Leadership through culture concept great. True to form, the Arbinger Institute makes the concepts easy to understand. For those that haven't read Leadership & Self-deception, you don't have to start there, but it's another great read and one you should get with this book.I recently led a book club for a leadership development program and used this book. Engaging read, highly recommend.

Excellent read. The framework, the process, and examples make this an excellent read on how to shift the culture of an organization to an outward mindset.

The third book offering from Arbinger, invites you to take another step forward in abundant living. For some, abundance is about material wealth. For me it is about meaningful and respectful relationships - relationships the build and strengthen. While written for solving corporate challenges, “The Outward Mindset”has tremendous value for the man or woman who desires to bring their best to those they are fortunate to associate with.

I loved the applicable solutions and anectdotes that drove points home. So many pushes in the text to own your role in progress and it starts with mindset. Read this for Midwifery school and see it helping in so many other life areas.
