I definitely recommend these vitamins. I have been purchasing these vitamins for over a year now, and my children( 2 and 6 yr old ) have no complaints. They are excited to take their vitamins daily as the taste is not bad at all and I definitely see an improvement in their health and energy. These Vitamin D gummies are great for young kids who want something that tastes like orange candy! I use these especially in the winter to boost D levels with the lack of sunshine. My 3 year old needed an extra boost in vitamin D in addition to the amount currently in his daily multivitamin and these were a great solution (also approved by his doctor). He loves the taste and has no issues taking them. Also haven't noticed any side effects either since adding them to his diet. They are not covered in sugar or any other powder which is good, but they can be a bit sticky at times. Overall very happy with this product.

The product bottle and label looked old and faded out the product itself had only 5 months of shelf life before expiry.
