My 3 year old needed an extra boost in vitamin D in addition to the amount currently in his daily multivitamin and these were a great solution (also approved by his doctor). He loves the taste and has no issues taking them. Also haven't noticed any side effects either since adding them to his diet. They are not covered in sugar or any other powder which is good, but they can be a bit sticky at times. Overall very happy with this product.

My kids say the gummies taste ok but it sticks to their teeth so they aren’t thrilled to take it.
