The best thing to have while any kind of workout like jogging, exercise, cycling, etc. The flavour reminds of your childhood and 1 tablet is enough to keep you hydrated. It is effective against cramps and sores while workout. Desiccant-based packing is quite appreciated. The product is a must buy with value for money.

Good for longer runs
Great for longer runs, replenish the energy and lets you run further and longer. Only caveat is that, too much of it, and water would slosh around in stomach when you run, so do not use this as replacement for solid food. Taste is good and I have been using it regularly on my longer runs.
