Buckwheat Pasta
This is a buckwheat based gluten free pasta. It tastes good, keeps it shape, and does not get mushy. I liked that it is made with something other than just rice.

Good substitute for whole wheat pasta
I was looking for something a bit healthier than regular whole wheat pasta and read an article about buckwheat as a good alternative. I have used it now with a marinara sauce and in a pasta salad. Honestly, it is great. Nobody at the family potluck dinner even realized it wasn't "real" pasta. I have discovered that timing is super important when cooking though. It boils over very easily and cooks faster than the directions state. I recommend that you don't cook at a full boil and test for doneness early. Mine was perfect for the pasta salad after just 7 minutes. I highly recommend, I just wish it was a little cheaper!

Gluten free and tasty
This gluten free pasta has a slightly nutty flavor which I like and is easy to cook to desired consistency without any mushiness.

Good but expensive
I like the taste and texture but the cost is astronomic for the size of the product. I would think twice about buying it again.

Tastes good, but expensive!
These buckwheat rotini noodles are a good wheat-alternative when you're trying to avoid gluten. The texture is pretty close to wheat pasta. Just make sure not to overcook otherwise they become mushy.

YUMMY in Nov 2024
Seems quality can vary on Amazon. I recently switched to this brand after prior brand hiked prices and became BLAND. This pasta is super YUMMY!NOTE: keep an eye on it when cooking. Don't cook at too high a temp. Quality buckwheat pastas tend to foam. So keep temp right and add a few grams of olive oil to water before adding pasta.

Gluten free pasta that tastes great
Much better tasting pasta than pasta made with chick peas or lentils. Less bloating and no glycemic spike.
