You'd probably want the 8kg one... Its meant to be 7-10% of your weight.

There are instructions on the label. However, if it is over 10 or 12 lbs, I woukd take it to a launderette and use their machines. DIY, you can put it in your machine and tumbler. If you dry outside, do not put it over a washing line. Lay it flat and give it a shake every so often to disperse the filling or they will clump.
