Just installed so can't comment on durability or adhesion
It seems to be well made. It did not come with any instructions so I had to go to Youtube to see how others had installed similar (looked identical) items. One place said to use silicone caulk and I hate silicone caulk so I went with the Locktite construction adhesive that Amazon put with the strip as a package. The strip was exactly 20' long but the inner one foot (of the roll) was crinkled and unusable (to my mind). But it was more than enough for my double wide garage door. It is heavy duty and consistently made. I expect it will last a long time although it could be cut or roughed up with regular usage. It is soft vinyl.I followed one Youtube video and lowered the garage door and scribed the inner and outer parts of the door gasket and those were my reference marks. I cut off a small part of the vinyl and laid it out using the outer line so that the tapered part of the strip would be right up to the yellow middle stripe and marked that on the strip. Then I cut a 2' long straight board exactly as wide as the strip and transferred the mark on the vinyl piece to the board on each end. I laid the board down so that the mark on each end was on the outer scribe line of the existing garage door gasket. This worked out extremely well. Interestingly it was not a straight line as the door was not exactly straight across. The next critical part was to cut the strip to size. I wanted a tight fit at each end. And I wanted the vinyl vertical weather seal to go over the outer edge of the strip. I had to cut it so that the strip would just fit a little lower than the top "bump" of the strip. I measured twice and then cut twice (the first a little too long just to be careful).I used the inner and outer scribed marks from my scribe board which was the width of the strip to put down the adhesive. This was probably the biggest PITA. I rolled up the strip and then with my helper spouse started unrolling the strip from one end taking care to keep the edges of the strip exactly on the scribe lines so the glue wouldn't be pushed out. This worked great. I went over every inch of the strip with weight to get it down. The adhesive that did come out I scrapped up with a putty knife. I used alcohol to wipe up any that got on the strip or what the putty knife could not get up.I put the garage door down on top of the strip and it fit perfect (to my surprise since not all my projects work out that way). I left it on for two days. I did not have to adjust the height of the garage door as it went down and stayed. The end results were perfect. It really is not a big trip hazard. I can't say that it is beautiful on the gray concrete but it looks like it belongs. It certainly will keep out rain and dust. I am happy with it so far.

Works well to prevent rain/water incursion
The Eapele 10ft Garage Door Threshold Seal works well. Construction adhesive was used to glue the threshold to concrete and it seems to work well. The seal is made of what seems to be a rubberlike material and is very flexible. It does retain some memory on the tight end where is was rolled up. You will have to put some weights on the end or leave it out in the sun to relax the end so it doesn't try to roll up and leave a gap.It is well made and easy to cut with a razor knife or scissors. It's a little bit of a pain to get it laid straight, but just lay it out after cutting to length where you think it needs to go, release the garage door from the opener, lower the door onto the threshold, and adjust as needed. I placed the ridged side inside and the yellow line just visible from from the interior. I then raised the door and drew pencil lines along each edge, moved the seal and run three beads of construction adhesive, one along each edge about 1/2" inside the lines and one down the middle. This is the second threshold I've ordered. The other was more expensive, but this one seems to be made the same. I used the same construction adhesive on the other 2 years ago and it is still holding tight. This is a good buy and will do the job of keeping rain from seeping/running under the door. Just make sure to butt the seal up against the inside of the door jamb or lay a bead of caulk to prevent incursion from the ends.

Works
Installation is pretty simple, just mark the area and use the industrial glue and place this over, then press down to make it stick tight to the ground. Works to keep out leaves and water etc unwanted things from garage. Overall nice quality product.

Find video on you tube relating to product and follow instructions: easy
Easier to install than we expected. My brother looked up a video on you tube. We prepped area, he put down liquid nails, and together we put down the threshold. We made minor adjustments to push it exactly where it should be, by lowering door and checking yellow line. We kept closed for a day and checked on following day and voila, perfect!! We could actually see that it was keeping the moisture out.

Excellent quality, easy to cut, problem solved.
I purchased for a different reason, my garage floor is offset(+1/2") to the driveway. The problem is, during the winter days thaw/freeze overnight, the garage door bottom seal gets frozen to the ground, and the gdo will not open it up, in the am. Using a mattock, prying up on the bottom support brace, in multiple spots, eventually pops it loose, and it opens. This 20ft roll has plenty extra, I cut +4" to my opening, and notched around the jamb and track to extend to the inside of the track. Cuts/notches easy with a utility knife. After fitting into place & ADJUSTING door travel(gdo would close and open with this in place) I cleaned surface and used 2 tubes of adhesive, pushed into place and closed the door. My bottom door seal and this threshold seal are airtight and will not stick together in the winter. The bonus extra 44" I will cut/secure to the garage entry door threshold. Highly recommended.
