While I think the paint would be a great match for my 2023 Lexus RX350h I could not get the cap off to use the foam applicator. Tried to gently open using pliers but the package tube just collapsed and leaked. Don't know if this was just an old package or previously opened but it was rendered useless. UPDATE: The cap is a left hand thread. There is a red arrow on the tube that says "OFF" but it is in the opposite direction from every other cap you have ever used in your life. So, changed my review to five stars because once you open it, it is a very close match for my wheels and while you can see the repair, it is much less noticeable than the scratched wheel.

Sanding block is not quite enough to smooth out deep rash. Paint matches closely enough to conceal coverup areas from a reasonable distance. Would give 4 stars, but the paint marker I received was impossible to open to use the broad tip and it was quite a pain to use the pen tip to cover large areas. Edit: seller issued a refund. Hesitant to give 4 stars, but I was able to open the pen and the product works very well. The arrow on the body of the pen is misleading as it suggests it should be twisted clockwise, when to open it the body should be twisted counterclockwise.

I purchased 2 of these kits to do rim/ wheel touch up on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Firstly- the product description "states" that its a double sided applicator. One side a paint pen and the other side a paint brush. This is only ONE sided, a paint PEN. Also; I had to mix 2 colors which is EXTREMELY difficult using paint pens. I believe that I would have had a better result had I actually been sent what I purchased. It lasts about one washing so that I can give the paint pen blending another try. This company truly needs to update their product listing.

Good product at reasonable price. The options were replace wheel or recondition. Both options were expensive. This was less expensive.

The instructions are easy to follow. You have to twist off the pen tip to access the sponge applicator recommended for larger areas. Unfortunately the pen tip is screwed on so crazy tight I had to stop trying to twist it off after I got a huge blister on my hand. Sadly I’m giving up on this one.

I had to cut the cap off because it was impossible to get off, making it a one-time use item, so the value isn't great.

This isn’t going to be the same as a professional repair, but for the price and easy of use I think it did its job. I live in a city area with those awful 90 degree tall curbs, so it’s easy to scuff the wheels. The photos (before and after) were on first attempt. You can add more coats to darken it, so I suggest starting with one, letting it dry, and seeing what you think. Don’t worry that when you first paint it’s super dark, that fades as it dries. Up close you can obviously tell the area painted, but at a glance it blends well; you have to look for it from a few feet away. Overall happy with the results! The scratches looked awful, this covers them pretty well. PSA- the paint is pretty strong, be careful on your hands…it takes a lot to wash it off.

I have to admit - I was SUPER skeptical about this product - but DANG - it worked REALLY well. The paint was an EXACT match for my rims. I buffed out the scratch with the sanding block, wiped it down with the alcohol pad and then dabbed on the paint. Can BARELY tell there was a scratch on the rim. You would have to look right up close to see the faint hint of it... and seriously - who is going to do that?! The ONLY complaint - I wish the tip was a brush and not a pen tip. I had to get a little sponge to dab it out so it didn't run or clump in one place.

Bought this as my used purchase of 2023 BRZ wheels was curbed by previous owner. Works good almost same colour, but good enough.

J'ai suivi le mode d'emploi à la lettre en préparant la surface ensuite en agitant le contenant tel que mentionné avant de l'appliquer , le résultat était beaucoup plus foncé que la couleur de la roue anthracite.

Absolute crap. The cap was pretty much welded shut. I could not unscrew it to access the foam tip that was on the other end of the pen-tip applicator, even using a pliers.

Got two of these and they kept my rims looking perfect! Recommend!
