Buyer beware...not as described or pictured.
I have ordered this a dozen times and really enjoy the flavor which lasts stored much longer with individually wrapped tea bags. But now, even though the photo and description shows 24 individually wrapped tea bags, I received a box of a jumble of unwrapped tea bags that are less expensive...twice!! This is so wrong. I cannot buy this from Amazon again, whoever provided it to them is cheating Amazon and in turn, me.

Great flavor , wrong count in box 19/24
Great tea , love the brand , tastes/smells great , if I had received all of the sachets I wouldn’t be upset with the purchase , for some reason it only came with 19 out of the 24 in the box . If I had received 24/24 for 25$ doesn’t seem so high of a price for tea , but missing 5 is an issue but this is probably a packing issue

Best Chamomile So Far!
This was served at the Nieman-Marcus Cafe, and it was great. We had been using the Tea Pigs Chamomile, which was good, but this is better.

Good green tea
I’m not a fan of hot green tea but had this at a restaurant because their coffee machine was down and really liked it. Not crazy about crystal bag not sure what it’s made of. Restaurant tea bag was regular one.

Love the flavor!
This tea is absolutely delicious. I discovered it while travelling on the west coast of the US. The restaurant staff were kind enough to share more information about the tea. Since i could not find it locally upon returning home, i turned to an Amazon search and there it was! I have since also purchased some for my Mom and shared it with others. It has a smooth and gentle taste with no bitterness. I will be purchasing it again!
