This heater is adorable! It's about the size of a space heater so pay attention to the measurements if you're looking for it to fit in a certain space or if you think it's going to be larger than it looks. Even though I saw the measurements, it was smaller than I was imagining. It's exterior finish is really nice and the fire is calming and flickering just like a real fire. It's perfectly silent on the fire only mode. The fan for the two heater modes is quiet, not very loud at all. It puts out a good amount of heat for it's size. It will smell for a while when you first turn on the heater function but that wore off after about an hour. I'm really happy with it.

This beautiful heater is warming up my living room this weekend while I wait for Monday when they can fix my furnace. I’m sure it will continue to be useful, as auxiliary heating and just an added treat over the Christmas break. The heat output is just about right, not too hot and not too cold. It has no remote control (?). It was the least expensive electric fireplace I could find and it is good quality. It has a safety shut off feature, which is nice, in case the appliance overheats. It came already assembled, was light weight and easy to install. The instructions were thorough and helpful.

I purchased this heater in late Feb. 2020 and so far it has done an excellent job keeping my 2 story high living room and loft area warm @ 1500 setting. The lower setting does not warm that well in the open area I find though. I notice that when I moved it to the 9x10 bedroom the cord get a little hot running at 1500 watts but the room is nice and cozy. When I move it to the living room the cord stays cool. That said, please use extra caution when using this heater. I used it everyday from Feb to May1st and just started up again around Oct. 10th and so far I am happy. I just wish it had a thermostat though.

I gave this a four star because it came defective the low heat button doesn’t work just the high heat I waited long for it to arrive and it be cold in my room so I kept it just for the high heat very good jus for bedroom strong enough to keep room warm wouldn’t recommend putting it anywhere else in the house not strong enough heat for big areas but overall I’m happy with it

I have used this space heater only a handful of times and noticed that the plug and few inches of cord adjacent to plug get VERY hot. Thinking it might be the outlet or wiring in my older home, I brought it to a different location to trial. The same thing happened with the cord/plug. I love this little, cozy and peaceful space heater but am unable to use it - so disappointed (and loss of $$$).

We ordered our fireplace February 1, 2022 and it worked like a champ. We originally bought this fireplace to offset the cold in the front of our Class A Motorcoach while we ran our heat pumps on colder days below 40. It worked perfectly. This year, we are using it as the only heat source hooked up to 30 amps. I am sure this fireplace would still be working however, we are hooked up to a repair shop and the constant power surge did the little guy in. We never had a noise issue, and it did a pretty good job of keeping the front of our motorcoach warm with closing the doors to the back of the coach. and keeping the shades down overnight. To be fair, during 12 degree nights, it was not toasty in the morning, but warm enough to not freeze our bum off.. You have to remember we are heating 240 SF with heat loss through windows in a coach that is not winterized. It has done a remarkable job-- just bought another one and bummed I have to wait a day to get this.. thank goodness we have electric blankets!

I love this little heater! It is very effective in warming and blowing out warm air. It does not feel hot to the touch at any point. It has a two prong electrical plug not three prong so that’s great, I haven’t blown any fuses with it! It has three settings on the back so that you can make it look like a fireplace is going but no heat is being generated. It’s just fantastic. It literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I was about to buy a heating fireplace TV Stand. Now I’m good!

Just receieved this and love how tiny and cute it is. Not needed for heat at the moment because it’s summer time in Arizona, but I’ve been running the fireplace light as just a light, and it’s been working perfectly fine. I almost didn’t buy this due to certain bad reviews, but I’m so glad that I did. Arrived without any damage. Eaay to unpack.

Bought this to use in my bedroom to take the chill out and it works well. Like the visual of the fire along with the heat. There is a strong plastic smell when used the first time and also had a bit of a clicking sound. Think the sound might have been from the fire image. Lasted about 20 minutes and then haven't had either happen again. My cats love it as well

It’s cute and perfect size for a small apartment. My kids just adore the little fire place as soon as they saw it. They love to lay down on the rug beside it now because it is cozy. It keeps the living room warm even at just 2. I love that I have the option not to install the legs. I can also just unplug if I decide I need it somewhere else. The only thing I don’t like is that its says 14.8” in the order page. It is actually not even 10”. I prefer a smaller sized electric fire place around these sizes but it just feels disingenuous to have it 5 inches shorter than advertised. There was a chemical smell that was blown out on our first few minutes of use but it eventually disappears. Over all we are loving it. Hopefully it lasts as we prepare for winter.

This is something quality for 100 bucks at least until now, its beautiful and peaceful during the night if you just light it up and dont turn the heater on, it does make little more noise when it heats, maybe this little appliance is not enough for living room, but at least for my computer room it warms up quickly. PS: i bought it mostly for decoration though

Unfortunately, it’s a lovely little fireplace but for the price it should last longer than a year. The back button seems to be broken and now there’s no heat because the button won’t click anymore. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: The company was nice enough to send me a replacement, so i switched my review from 1 star because I love some good customer service. I loved this when it came, it gave off good heat and looked super cute. But it already broke and I cant return it now because of the policy and basically just wasted $100 on it. Super diappointing.
