does this kit come with adaptor ring?

I bought the top plate and the box that goes in the floor. Gave it to my electrician to install. He never asked about an the adaptor ring.

Description says solid brass but is this actually solid brass or just brass plated ? The price point isn't even close to other solid brass covers.

There was nothing about it made me suspect it wasn’t solid brass. I’ve already been using two identical covers for ten years and they’re fine.

Will this cover replace a Walker 895P cover?
