These gummies are super yummy and don't have a vitamin taste at all. Both of the flavors are tasty with a natural flavor and not overly sweet r fake. The chewiness is just right in not being so hard they would be a choking hazard if not properly chewed in full, or too soft that they stick on your teeth like the pectin type of gummies. They taste so much like candy I am glad for the child lock top, so the full bottle doesn't accidentally get eaten. I would also keep them out of reach because of this. These are fat soluble vitamins, vitamin D & K - so will not "flush" out of your system by drinking liquid if too much is ingested. I wish they were organic for the price, as $20 is not cheap for a single vitamin.

My doctor told me that I was deficient in vitamin D3 so I decided that I was going to be a grown up kid LOL. These vitamins arrived well-packaged and intact, sealed at the opening as well as around the lid. This is a two month supply for one child. There are two different flavors: orange and strawberry. They are small and easy to chew and taste great. Each gummy does have 2g of sugar, but packs a large 1000 iu of Vitamin D, which is so beneficial for the immune system!
