I really want my money back. I only gave it one star because this brush was really great- when it wasn't broken. On the 1st use->I was almost done straightening my hair. I only had the crown of my head left to go until it broke. There's a spring holding it together at the joint and it popped out. Not only that it wasn't a smooth open and close each time I ran it down my hair. BUT when it did work, it was great. The mechanism needs to be improved. I don't have unruly or curly hair. It's just thick, and I have a lot of it. I had to use thin pieces to get it to work but it was a smooth and flat finish. Now I'm left with no brush and out of money. Don't waste your time on this item, it's just going to break. I will upload pictured as soon as I can. For some reason amazon isn't letting upload any. I'm so upset and sad.

It has a good grip and combs very well. The only bad thing is that it always remains open.
