Puff Pastry is made by a classic French technique of rolling the dough and then folding, folding, folding, then rolling out and repeating the process. This machine will do the rolling for the puff pastry, but you would have to do all the folding ;)

What is the width of dough?

Mine is five and a half inches wide. It does have eight settings for the thickness.

Does it make lasagna noodles?

Of course you can.It can adjust the thickness according to your needs.
