This brand came recommended to me. My first experience with it was when I was in the hospital for surgery and needed to get the supplement for the nurses to provide my daily medications. The product was in the hospital pharmacy. My eye doctor recommended I take 10 mg of Lutein daily. This is the only product I could find that had that amount. Usually I had to take larger amounts to get the 10 mg recommendation.

The product meets the need, as expected, however the tablets are larger and the quantity is less than my previous purchase in gel cap form.
