This is how I received my product yesterday. I assure you I will not be eating the product on the right. It simply does not look edible at all. I’m requesting a replacement!

For those of you looking for Hawaiian style Linguica, this is not it! While it is Linguica, and the flavor is fantastic, if you're looking to find one that you had while visiting my home state of Hawaii (yes, 3 generations of Portuguese here in Honolulu!), you will not find this is like it at all.What you are looking for is either Redondo's, Miko, Silva, Hawaiian Brand or Purity brand "Hawaiian style" Portuguese sausage.As for this one, it is a more traditional Portugal flavor and is quite good, cooks up very well and smells fantastic!

Not what I was expecting. While in Hawaii a couple years ago I experienced Portuguese Sausage for the first time at a restaurant during breakfast, it was so good, but I couldn't find any where I live, someone told be about ordering it on Amazon. I not sure it I just didn't order the right product, it did take several weeks before it arrived, longer than I expected for a consumable item. I might try ordering it again, if I find out which is the right one.
