Elite K9 Nutrition Chicken And Pork Dog Food, 33 Pound

My pit bull mix is having a hard time gaining weight. She is about 67 lbs, and her brother is almost 80. She is about 90% more active than he is, and you can see her ribs easily. I've tried multiple foods to help her gain weight, but this is by far the first food that has actually single-handedly worked!!!! Within the first week I've noticed her ribs starting to disappear! I give her 3 cups a day. I will be honest and say she doesn't care for the smell of the food. However, once I add some warm water and stir it around, it must loosen some of the flavor and she can get a better scent because than she scarfs it down. It is expensive, and I think I'll just start adding it to her regular food rather than giving it solo. I'm sure it will still work just as great. It's super high in protein which she needs to keep her weight on due to her active lifestyle.

My cane corso was on the thin side because she's so active. I ordered this after researching and this was my experience:After a week of eating this she had a very noticeable shiny coat. Even my kids commented on it. I was impressed. She started gaining weight and that was noticeable after 2 wks. Everything started filling out including her face. She now looks very healthy (not overweight, but filled out). Our dog never encountered diarrhea, however every dog is different and alot of dogs do when you change their dog food... its jus 1 of those things that happens. It should go away in less than a week if your dog does experience it.. We are now ordering our 2nd bag because we we so happy with the results. Hope this helps.

My bullies go nuts when it's feeding time well worth the the money. Plus the bonus is you'll see body mass pick up with in a few weeks and that extra energy to work extra in the day an build that nice (Health lean cut musles) all bully an pitbull or other brothers of theres owners look for in there dogs.

Good food I'm finally happy I found a food my dog loves. Please don't discontinue ever.

My dog ate it when I poured some water over the top of his food with the suppiment. He seemed to enjoy it as he ate it.

Overall rated this as a 3 because the product I received was a 30 pound bag not a 33 pound bag. I paid a little more for the extra 3 pounds that I did not receive. I did receive it in less time than estimated, which was great because my dog was about out of food. This is the best dog food for my English Bulldog. Since he started eating this I was able to take him off the extra vitamin supplement he was taking for hip problems. I would definitely recommend this product, but only order the 30 pound bag.

Paid $70 and received a bag that was only 25lbs. With 2 pitbulls it obviously wasn't worth the money.
