I don't know about the size part but they're not true to size. They are very small.

Q: Please tell me. Size 30 "W is Small-28"-30"?

I wear a size 36, got a size 36 and was like two sizes too small! Get bigger size if you want them to fit. Never did return them, gave them to someone else. Won’t buy again.
