How many Xanax can fit in here

We are not familiar with the exact dimensions on Xanax pills. The dimensions of the key fob are 2.6" x 1.2" x 0.5"

Does it slide open or just snap together?

It opens from the bottom, just pop it open with a car key, a penny, nail file , or what ever has an edge. It opens easily. I love it. I keep $50 or $100 bill inside for emergencies.

Can you see whats inside if it goes through an xray scan?

An xray scan will show the content

Exactly how many bills can fit inside? and how does it open?

The key safe, it's not designed to fit many bills. More for pills, rings, small jewelry. Really only like 1 bill folded. If you need to stash cash, would be better with our hair brush safe or bottle safe since you can fit much more inside.
