It gets hot fast. It has good burst of steam and spray. It is heavy so it irons better without me having to push down hard. It's attractive looking. No leaks upon first use. The steel plate is smoothe and glides over fabric nicelyToo early to tell how it will perform in the long run. What I didn't like, was that they sent in in the on position, the hottest setting too. Stupid me, i didnt check it because no one leaves an iron on. So I got it out of the box, plugged it in and began to fill the water reservoir. I grabbed the iron to tilt it into position and burned my fingers badly. Who would've thought? I haven't used it enough yet to observe the auto shut off.

The clothes come out smooth, crisp, and looking fresh, which I really appreciate, given my daily ironing needs.However, there is one minor drawback. The design of the water reservoir and steam function can be tricky. If you’re not careful while filling or using it, you might spill water, occasionally creating wet spots on the fabric that require re-ironing.Despite this minor issue, I’m really happy with this iron. Steam quality is great! Love the mirror finish on the plate. Not too heavy.

Worst iron I’ve ever bought. It cracks and pops, takes a while to heat up, releases too much steam, have to fill reservoir ALOT, drips and ‘spits’, leaks orange spots. Going back to the good ole’ Black and Decker!

The media could not be loaded. The precision tip is lovely. Very easy to handle. But has a few design flaws. The iron has to be flat before water can be put in. The door to the water tank is very flimsy and breaks off easily. The tank is not clear making it very difficult to see how much water is in it. Water drips out onto fabric while ironing even when the tank appears to be empty. The stainless steel plate does not glide easily over fabrics that have been sprayed with starch.
