Walnut Hollow HotStamps Lowercase Alphabet Set for Branding and Personalization of Wood, Leather, and Other Surfaces

Like pretty much every brand style woodburning tip, you need to practice a couple times to get the hang of it. Idk why people are acting like that's a flaw in the product when that's really just how stamping works in woodburning. It looks like it's going to be way too shallow but it works perfectly, just be patient with it. It's a good product at a good cost.

Love this product and use them a lot! They add a personal touch to your crafts and are easy to use. Remember to be careful when using as the letter and tool tip are hot. Wait until they cool before switching letters. Check age use on product before purchasing if buying for a child.

The letters work well and show up very clearly. The only reasons it is hard to use is because if you want to write a whole word you have to unscrew one while it's hot to replace it and that can be difficult. They also started to strip after a while of use. Good metal and lasts a while.

The first issue is that the lower case letters are not all the same size... I don't understand why, and the description sure didn't mention it, but I'm so disappointed that the letters J & Y are so much bigger and not the same size as the others. Also note, the lower case letters are still pretty big; bigger than I hoped for. They are at least 1/2" each, with the J & Y being even bigger. I was hoping to use these for lettering on some 4" wood coasters I was making for an upcoming party. It takes some practice too, to get the whole letter to completely print. By the time I pressed evenly enough for the whole letter 'r' to appear it came out much darker than I wanted or needed. I guess I'll just have to save these sets, {I have the upper case still coming} for a much bigger projects.

Parfait mais il faut être un peu bricoleur Acheteur Français ou alors investir dans un pyrograveur soudeur à filetage diamètre 0,4 j'en ai trouvé un chez Pearl (PHOTO jointe à 17 euros environ) vous pourrez ainsi viser votre alphabet pas complètement mais cela fonctionne très bien. Si vous avez comme moi un pyrograveur type R100, R300 il vous faudra la pointe n°21 (je crois) sur laquelle vous pouvez adapter des marques à chaud ensuite fabriquer de petites pièces d'environ 1,5 à 2cm les percer au diamètre du filetage c'est un peu plus compliqué. A vous de voir. En tout cas cet investissement je ne regrette pas du tout. J'espère que ce commentaire vous sera utile car ces marques sont tout simplement superbes.

Just as expected, very easy to use and work perfectly with the Versa tool. As always, you should let them cool before unscrewing them or it can damage your tool. Kind of annoying and slow, but that is the case with woodburning, you gotta have patience. These are lower-case and have a nice effect. Even as a beginner it was easy to use them. Hopefully I can buy the upper case set soon!
