Resistance Bands for Working Out, Therapy & Strength Training

I picked up the AZURELIFE Resistance Bands for physical therapy use and they have worked out pretty well. Nothing too fancy, but they get the job done. Quality & Feel: The bands have a nice smooth feel to them which I appreciated. They are comfortable to use and do not irritate the skin during exercises. Performance: They work well for basic stretching and physical therapy movements. The resistance feels consistent which is important when you are doing rehabilitation exercises. Overall: These are decent resistance bands that do what they are supposed to do. The smooth comfortable feel makes them easy to use and the non-latex material is a nice feature for those with sensitivities. They work well for physical therapy which is mainly what I needed them for. Nothing that really stands out above other brands but I have no major complaints. If you need a simple reliable band for physical therapy or light exercise, these would be a reasonable choice.

Perfect for home use

Worked good for a year. It did break during use but I think that's to be expected that any elastic polymer band will eventually deteriorate. It didn't cause any harm when it did snap. Just made a snapping sound, surprised me a little and made me laugh. It was the weakest one that broke, the other two are still okay. The convenience of them being so easy to carry when traveling makes it worth it to me to replace them occasionally.

I ordered these because I was getting a drop foot and it does help and now I do not have a drop for anymore

I love the fact that different colors equal different intensity. I can take them anywhere put them in my bag or even put them in my pocket to work out when I’m sitting on the train doing nothing or waiting online. I always have them available to help my progress and physical therapy.

Like it. Long and wide for easy diversify usage

Excellentt price and just what I needed. My lical Y supplies bands but is often in short supply.

Maybe these are good for very light training or therapy, but for basic, light Pilates two of three bands broke within a month of purchase. I was using them for leg stretches and pretty simple Pilates moves. Poor quality.

Solo un pero, no trae la liga de alta resistencia pero se ve que son de buena calidad las 3

Great quality. Totally worth it.

Bastante recomendable para hacer estiramientos y relajar el cuerpo mediante los ejercicios recomendados
