Really nice alternative to whey, mixes well, bit more expensive but as I'm an older bodybuilder (mid 50s) I find this much easier to digest and doesn't give me wind/bloating like whey can, I also find that delayed onset muscle soreness is much less, I don't know if this a result of using this product or just a coincidence. Just tried the salted caramel as well because it's on offer at time of writing and that's very nice too. Would be interested to know from PhD or anyone else if they've found the same?

This is very sweet (a bit too sweet for my taste) and easy to dissolve and consume. I found it easier when adding extra water as it toned down the sweetness and mixed quickly. I tried making the so called mousse by only adding a little water but this wasn’t palatable for me. Result in performance seem to be consistent with other brands.

Disgusting flavour and doesn’t blend well - my protein shake was like wet sand and it’s far too sickly sweet. Tastes very artificial and smells strange. Big shame as I love the chocolate flavour from Phd so wanted to love this too. I’ve attempted to mix in different ways to get use from it yet the taste is unbearable so I’ve had to bin it. Such a waste of money.

This Protein powder is nice but when you order Eton mess i expect to get Eton mess not strawberry.
