Does anyone have the dimensions of the 3 quart sauté pan?

I called All-Clad. Here are the diameter and height for the following saute pans..3 qt - 11.3" and 5"4 qt - 11.3" and 5.6"6 qt - 13.8" and 5.6"

Kitchen novice here. My exp. with SS skillets is that stuff sticks to them. I'm not going to fry an egg in it but should I be concerned?

Stainless steel is a great way to cook, it just takes some getting used to and a slight learning curve. Don't listen to the people who tell you that you can't cook eggs on stainless, they don't know what they're talking about. I cook eggs with ease everyday on All Clad stainless 8" fry pans. You couldn't give me a non-stick pan!

What does the word "Promo" mean and how is this pan different from the $299 3 quart pan?

It is on promotion - it is the same pan.

Is this pan oven safe?

According to my instruction book, it is oven safe up to 500 degrees but NOT broiler safe. I love this All-Clad 3 -Quart pan with lid! It is a wonderful asset to my kitchen, and I would highly recommend it! Charlotte in CA
