The quality of this bladder is quite good...but the size is much smaller than you'd expect. Even when you inflate it to a high pressure, it doesn't increase in volume very much. The height isn't bad, but the diameter is smaller than expected. I'd recommend you order a larger size than you think you need.

Small for medium bags, go a size bigger. 10.5” fits my medium bag.
