LEGO Ninjago Kai's Blade Cycle 9441

Really great toy in the 2012 Ninjago line, defiantly reccomendable to anyone who likes ninjas or lego or both

Although my 5 year old son had some trouble putting this together and said it was missing a piece (which, I have no idea....since my house is covered in lego pieces anyway...I'm sure one day he'll thank me when I bloody my foot stepping on it)., once it was done, he loved it. He plays with it all over the house and when it falls apart, as most lego items do, his older siblings help him put it back together. I think it would be better for a 7 - 8 year old (as the description probably states).

I have purchased more legos than I dare want to admit to. Having boys you buy legos. I have had 15 years of lego buying... you can try to guess how much I have spent just don't tell me! So it went together per the directions. It was really fun to play with for about two weeks. Somehow... somewhere the instructions got lost. One brother got mad at the other other brother and decided to break the legos. The pieces went all over the room. Someone stepped on one. (It hurts a lot! Especially if you are half asleep when you step on it!). The legos got thrown into the giant box of legos and it has never gone back together since. Know what I really want from lego? An online archive of how to build these sets so that way when the directions are lost the sets can still be built. You could register your set so you only have access to the directions you purchased if lego is so worried about such things but really.... parents want extra sets of directions!

The lego ninjago kai's blade cycle was ok, but I think the free shipping was a farce, I would have got the product after Christmas.

We purchased this set for our nephew for a Christmas gift and he just about jumped out of his seat with excitement when he saw it. It was a big hit. He is a big fan of Ninjago Legos and he has always wanted this set. Make sure to check the Lego web site to make sure you are getting a deal. You should never pay more than the MSRP. Many Secondary Amazon Merchants sell it for much higher. We paid $15 with Amazon as the seller around Christmas time. Make sure to shop around.

It's Lego. Do I need any other reason to like this product? Full disclosure - my son hasn't opened it yet. That said, however, my 7 year old son does his homework. He watches the videos on how the legos are made; he has his favorite people who create Legos - there is even one guy who creeps him out but he makes cool Lord of the Rings stuff so he tolerates him. My son requested this for Christmas so he'll see it then.

My son really liked this LEGO kit. It didn't have too many pieces but I will say that the smooth pieces (the part that makes the bike look like a bike) fall off easily. All the other traditional LEGO nuts and bolts that put the inner workings of the bike are sound but the decorative stuff I find all around the house. After a while the bike no longer looks exactly like a bike and he's moved on, but us parents know how that goes. Otherwise, he enjoyed it for quite a while. I helped put it together with him so I know the struggle, my son is 10 and lazy. I'm sure there are some 10 year olds' that will put this sucker together in seconds, so just giving you an idea of the 8-14 age suggestion. I always think kids should assemble something from directions. Good motor skills.

Perfect gift for a five year old that is into building/putting things together. My nephew has been collecting Lego sets since he learned ow to walk.

Lego is lego and always will be! It is fun for all ages to enjoy and enables great imaginative play for your child/ren. This new set is great fun, vibrant and a different dimension to the Star Wars set my son had been collecting to date.

Also wer Lego ohnehin schon mag, der kann hier nichts verkehrt machen. Unser kleiner ist von dieser Serie eh begeistert. Und da haben wir ihm dies gekauft und er spielt jeden Tag. Naja fast jeden Tag. Aber er hat seinen Spaß damit. Kann es weiter empfehlen.
