Classic!
A great floating plug, 100% classic and effective lure. Be sure to rinse well if used in saltwater, or replace the hooks with saltwater hooks.

I catch fish every time I use this lure. It is my go to lure every time I go fishing saltwater or freshwater.

My "Go To" confidence topwater bait
I always have these in my tackle bags and they are my confidence topwater baits. I fish them every time I go early morning or late evening and they perform ALWAYS if there are fish in the area. I change out the treble hooks to single in lines and these seem to catch the bigger fish. The smaller fish hit it often too but seem to miss and then the big Boys and Girls get fired up and get hooked. Well worth it if you like to fish topwater lures.

Great walk the dog action for topwater redfish and speckled trout

I RECOMMEND
They are of good quality and are almost 60% out of the water when thrown... they are of good quality and appear to be resistant.

There is a reason these have been around forever!
I have never fished in a tournament, but if I did and the rules were you can only use one lure, this would be the LURE! I have caught snook, redfish, and speckled trout. A nasty catfish even grabbed it. Fish just seem to be attracted to it and there is nothing like seeing and hearing a nice fish hit a top water lure. They cast quite a distance too. For those that have never tried one - it takes some practice to get the lure to "walk the dog" consistently, but once you get it down its like riding a bike. Quick jerks while slowly reeling is the trick. If a fish hits and misses, pause for a second and then slowly restart the retrieve. Don't use a heavy rig....for reference my setup is a medium action 7ft ugly stik with an okuma baitfeeder 30, 30lb braid and 25lb fluoro leader. Have fun! I have had the best luck with the red head/white body.
