Works well; 18 blades (? underpowered). Charging could be better.
Bottom line is that it shaves as close and fast, maybe closer, than brand new blades and foils on my wired Braun. Including its incredible value, I give it 5 stars, a little reluctantly, because… Before shaving, powering it on, it seems less energetic than an electric toothbrush with a single AA battery. RPM seems slow, maybe 500–1000 RPM. But, even at 500 RPM, with nine blades per cutter, that’s a blade going under each slot 75 times per second. There may not be any reason to go faster. Subjectively, it seems that it should feel more powerful as the head seems well constructed, with head linked for a coordinated convexity and true floating action for each individual cutter. Once a shaver puts the cutter against the skin properly, the performance is really a function how well regularly replacement cutters work. It makes no sense to pay almost $300 for a super-premium razor when the performance really comes down to regularly replaced cutters. Out of the box, and regularly, needs a few drops of mineral oil on the blades. The PROs are overall performance and value. There are two CONs related to charging: 1) it says don’t charge over 10 hours to avoid damage, but charging should have protection circuits so that it can be left plugged in (preferably in a provided stand). 2) Although it’s convenient to charge with standard, available USB, as mentioned in another review, the cord is proprietary, instead of using a USB C connection. This means you have to keep track of the cord at all times when it would be far preferable to be able to just have the shaver charge on what is regularly at hand, USB charger with standard cables. Also, the protective cover should attach more securely. FYI: just blowing doesn’t really clean around the blades; they need to be removed and brushed, an easy time to re-lubricate. 10/12/23: When I got replacement blades early, on sale, I noticed they only have a single ring, same as my original Phillips/Norelco. This razor, however, has two concentric rings, and each arm is Y shaped so that each arm has two blades, for a total of 18 each disc, instead of 9. Increased cutting area may be why it works well. When I looked into this further, I found another couple brands, well under $20, that have a USB-C connector, also 18 blades, and built-in pop-up trimmer, not separate attachment. This brand, Pritech, now offers a $15 version, with the more desirable USB-C connector and, remarkably, including a second head with three cutters. $15 for two sets of replacement cutters is a bargain, even disregarding the included razor! 11/3/23: it seems that the screens are very prone to clogging, and I should backtrack on the advice to oil. Just a film of oil after disassembly to clean might be good, but putting drops of oil in the assembled head just accumulates sludge. Simply blowing to clean the head after use doesn’t work well. Now I’ll try flooding with water from the bottom and the top.

Close zshave
Just arrived this morning. Very fast shipping. I just finished shaving and I'm impressed. It isn't very loud and didn't appear to have much power. However, I was able to shave quickly and closely. This cost less than a replacement head for my Braun shaver and I got just as good of a shave. I would buy again and recommend to my friends and family.

Whisks away -
I bought this to be an inexpensive shaver I could travel with and/or leave in the RV in which we stay in the winter months. It serves that purpose well; decently close shaves, long battery life between charges, digital charge readout, easy to clean. I dinged it one star because the holding position for my hand puts my thumb on the on/off button which causes unintended interruptions.

$200+ shaver for $30
Ok, so this review will be written from the perspective of a trans woman who DESPISES her body hair and loves a smooth, close shave. After 10 years of using a Phillips-Norelco 7340XL (originally a $65 model) with no maintenance at all, the battery was starting to diminish in life, the blades had been giving me razor burn for years (until I started using shaving cream), and the motor was getting weak. Shortly after beginning to transition, shaving became a much higher priority, to the point that I literally researched every single gender-neutral/masculine style shaver on Amazon. No, I mean EVERY one. After finding evidence of review manipulation everywhere and enough bad reviews on every product to make me feel hopeless, I decided to pull the trigger on this shaver. To say I've been delighted with my choice made in desperation is the understatement of the year. This shaver has the product quality of a $200 kit in so many ways. The attachments that come with it feel sturdy and work very well. The first shave basically broke the tri-head attachment in as well as myself, because it was a blatantly bad shave. The second shave went so well and got my face so smooth without shaving cream that on the third shave, I shaved all the hair on my body below my scalp. I got a little razor burn on my butt, but everything else was a fantastic experience. Doing my whole body took the shaver from 100% to 40%. Oh yeah, this thing shows it's charge percentage both while using and while charging, reminds you to clean the tri-head attachment when it's full by flashing the faucet icon, lets you shave while charging, and lets you lock the shaver in the off position so you can travel with it. It's simply amazing. CONS: The attachments have a little nub that helps you orient how to plug them into the shaver. This will probably wear down with time. The tri-heads detach from their attachment base, but I think this metal might get bent over time and not longer stay attached. I think. The carrying case is just a flimsy little pouch. The charger is also a very, very simple USB brick adapter with a USB cord that terminates into a two-pole connector (almost the same type connector as my old Norelco). The cord seems a little flimsy, but not so much that I think it'll fail in the first 6 months. In conclusion, BUY THIS THING WHILE YOU CAN. It's clearly a premium stolen design that's rebranded, and I don't care. I'll likely order another one just to have as a backup in case this one fails. It's that good, and it costs that little.

Cheap costing for the product
The shave quality is okay but it's not comfortable and the speed is not that good and it doesn't have attachments included in the box and the noise level is great for late-night shaving and the power is poor

Great shave. But you get what you pay for.
Works great and gives a nice clean shave, but you get what you pay for. I contacted the manufacturer for replacement head and it cost almost as much as buying another unit. I left it on charge overnight and it still only gets up to 75%, which is plenty for a good shave but still I wonder why it doesn't go to 100%. Does not have a flip up trimmer, does the job really well but it's not the best unit out there. I imagine I'll get another one by the end of the year.
