I'm on a weight loss drug and was recommemded these to help with constipation which can be a problem. Whether it is these or not but have not suffered any issues. They are easy to use despite the size, no discernable taste and seem to be of good quality.

I wanted this psyllium supplement to help with digestion, but for me it had the opposite effect. Instead of improving things, says it all. I took it as directed and gave it a fair try, but my body clearly disagreed with the plan. Two notes worth mentioning: it absorbs a lot of liquid, so you really do need plenty of water, and results seem very person-dependent. What helps one person may annoy another. Overall, this one just wasn’t for me. It might work well for others, but in my case it solved a problem I didn’t have and created one I did.

Easy to swallow or flavour are not so important. The way foods digest will cause different taste.(this product doesnt have any taste ).Anyway the most important quality of this fibers is to push and expand in our bowels and this way to keep our health above the limit where we get sick. This fiber will bound with watter causing expansion and this way proper pushing of the bowel action will become more active. Lazy sedentary or old people have lazy bowels,improper cleaning while on toilets . So here is this supplement making the magic. If you know you have this kind of problems this must be number 1 supplement you must buy to put your health back on track,every second cancer is bowel cancer. I do take this supplement for years althought i have a very healthy lifestyle i know and feel what benefit will make in my life. However wifey does have some kind of IBS problems and 4 pills per day for 2 weeks will get back in shape. I used to buy solgar pills but they are to expensive now so i had to look for replacement and im very happy with this product. I do have bad food allergies but this products seems okay doesnt cause any bad effect.

Don't know if they work or not they don't seem to have an effect on me as of yet.

The capsule are really big and I find it hard to swallow but I did. They seems to emptying my bowels really well. Doesn't seem to have any side effects Not sure about the sugar being stable I think I need to take them for while to see that happen. But all good so far
