I just finished my first order of these pretzels, but I am not re-ordering. I found them to be not as tasty as others I've tried.

Who’s going to eat a hunk of pretzels?
All the pretzels are stuck together in one big lump. I was expecting pretzels not a hunk of pretzels. I tasted a bite of one it tasted OK but who’s going to eat a hunk of pretzels?

They were ruined and I am being told they do not allow returns. I want a refund.

Too sweet, you can't taste the yogurt, just the sugar.
These just aren't that good. I usually buy mine at the supermarket, that's what I'll do from now on.

Pretzel Blob!
As others have indicated, they arrived in a clump. They tasted fine, and I'm not picky, but you really can't share very well unless you all want to bite off the same clump!
