Fabulous porcelain repair!
Restoring 100 year old (at least!) cast iron tub. Some small chips but on the corners were two major chips (over dime size down to the actual iron). Equal parts mix WELL, dry & sand. As the tub isn't as bright a white as the repair, I'm putting a coat of epoxy tub paint followed by a sealer. This stuff worked great to fix the damage to the porcelain of this tub! Highly recommend!

Pretty Good Patching
Purchased to repair large cracks on the bottom of a fiberglass tub. These are long 8-12 inch cracks but very fine, slightly more than hairline. The repair kit was easy to use. Was able to get the color pretty close to the shade of the off-white / almond colored tub. Easy to mix. Application was fairly easy but needed to work quickly on such long cracks as it set up rather fast. The tub looked great but after a few uses (even had a solid bamboo bath mat over top of the cracks to displace the pressure) the cracks started showing through again. Didn’t notice any leakage but for precaution I put some clear marine quality tape over the cracks. It’s been two months and so far so good. This repair kit is probably ideal for smaller cracks or just places that do not get a lot of pressure / weight on it.

Easy to use
This was a great product! Was easily able to follow the instructions and use correctly. Was perfect for what I was looking for and made the job real easy. It is sticky and you need to make sure you pay attention when you are applying and cleaning up the product, but there are ample warnings in the instructions and the video that the QR code included.

Could work for your needs, but didn't work for mine.
This product is wonderfully simple to use: you mix the two parts in equal amount and apply it wherever the damage is. It then dries over the course of a few days and you're ready to go. You'll probably need to sand down the area to cover up your brush strokes, but it comes with a fine grit sandpaper for this purpose. My only complaint is that it's a lot more translucent than I expected. Maybe it's something to do with my tub, but when the white exterior flaked away, it revealed a brown layer from underneath. This product did a really good job covering up those gaps and preventing any more potential spread, but you can also still easily see where that damage was. For a relatively poor first time home owner, this was perfect for me. It fixed my problem and stopped me from potentially needing to get a professional in or to replace the whole bathtub. The fact that it doesn't look perfect isn't an issue because I no longer need to worry about the growing cracks every time I took a shower. UPDATE: A few weeks after applying it, the tub started to flake off more, even in the area where I applied. I don't know if it was a result of underlying damage to those areas or if this product itself was failing. Either way, we ended up needing to pay for a full professional reglazing.

This stuff is great
I've waited a few months after using this product to see how it lasts before reviewing it. In one word, "Great! " Here are a few pointers.. 1- the stuff is white, very white. I first bleached my tub first (Clorox) to get the porcelain as close to the original white as posdible. 2- I used a Dremel to grind off the porcelain around the damage to the base metal. The kit includes a sheet of sandpaper but that's for finishing. 3- It took me a few times to get it right. The patch stuff is basically epoxy. I used toothpicks to mix it and apply it. After setting, I then sanded it down flat. It's easy to sand it down TOO much and begin exposing the base. That was my mistake. So, I just Dremeled it down and reapplied. 3- The sandpaper provided is not enough. I used a grit 80 to intially sand and finished with a grit 600. 4- You can be neurotic like me and insist on perfect - but that's just me. No one will notice if the job isn't.

Look elsewhere
It looked and felt just like the ceramic and cured hard as glass, and I was able to make an invisible repair to my tub with some elbow grease... And then I used a vinegar shower cleaner and the whole patch turned into no better than a thin sheet of play dough and peeled right off in one go while I was doing a routine scrub. All that sanding and polishing and buffing. Completely wasted. I was going to let it pass that the box was a complete mess from the color tints opening up in shipping, but I might as well have used hot glue. Very disappointed. Perhaps it was only going to last a couple months in the first place, but if me using a vinegar and dawn based shower cleaner is going to make it fail, I’d simply be wasting my time to try this product ever again.

Fantastic product!
As a commercial and residential remodeler, I use this product all the time. I find it useful in lots of situations when a small flaw could easily mean a big job. Instead, I am able to rescue myself from spending lots of time and money changing something I would rather keep. Often, it also means being able to keep beautiful and quality older installations that add character and charm to my projects. Good results from use do require patience and a steady hand. Don’t be afraid to overapply a little bit then sand down to a smooth finish. Best results come from warming up the room from start to finish. I also use a softer brush to apply varnish for a smooth finish. I regularly combine this product with the colors from the Fortivo tile chip repair kit. It works beautifully. Highly recommended.

This is Great Product, not Perfect, but Really Useful
I used this stuff to plug a couple of ugly 1/4" holes in white subway style tiling in a bathroom. (Four holes actually.) We had found these toilet paper holders that swing up to easily replace rolls instead of doing the finger stick in between, etc. Great. Dad can install it! Dad does lots of DIY. Dad builds all kinds of stuff. Dad... uhhh... dad used the wrong sizing template and left some extra holes in the beautiful tile. So not great. But mom's eye roll is working just fine. Originally, I'd tried wood putty and some paint as I didn't know about this stuff. But the repair was really obvious. Found this stuff, tried it. Happy with it. It's not a perfectly unnoticeable repair. It's just a little whiter than the surrounding tile. I could probably have adjusted that and maybe sanded just a little better. Still, at this point you really kind of have to be looking for it to see a problem vs earlier when it was pretty obvious someone just drilled a bad hole. In our case, it's mostly behind the toilet paper roll. Still, you were able to see the flaw in the wall easily enough. Now, not really. Mixing is easy. You do have to eyeball the amount, but that's not hard and it's not like you need it perfectly exact. It mixes fine. I brought my own paint scrapers with me to the repair area, but the little spatula things they had in their kit were just fine. They're cheapie little throwaway pieces of plastic, but they're fine for getting small bits of work done. It took me a couple of tries and passes to get the smoothness I'd wanted. For me, the trick was not to try to put a ton of force to scape a perfectly flush area, but rather be smooth across the repair area with a firm, but lighter touch. This left the holes almost, but not perfectly flush. After waiting the day to make sure perfectly dry, a tiny bit of gentle sending took out the very small edge that was slightly proud of the hole. And that was pretty much that. Ideally we won't have more problems, but we'll see how long the stuff stores since I didn't need that much, even for four 1/4" holes.
