I have a joint disease and both knees replaced already. Recently had back surgery as well. I still deal with a ton of inflammation and pain on daily basis but don't want to pop OTC meds etc.I try different rub on and also make my own with essential oils. This by far was one of the most useless ones I've tried.Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Soothes my pain
I always used the J.R. Watkins spray but now that I discovered this cooling gel, I will use this as well. I use the gel at night to relieve my iliotibial band syndrome. It immediately generates a cold sensation that soothes my pain and lets me sleep peacefully. I highly recommend for muscle or tendon strains.
