does this product have ammonia in it

These are the ingredients to this product.  When I used it, it did not have the usual "eye-watering" smell that most home hair coloring products.  Left my hair in better condition than it was before coloring. Color Creme: Water/Eau, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate Se, Ammonium Hydroxide, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycol Distearate, Lanolin Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Toluene-2, 5-Diamine Sulfate, Fragrance/Parfum, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Resorcinol, Sodium Sulfite, Ascorbic Acid, Disodium EDTA, M-Aminophenol, 2-Methylresorcinol, 4-Amino-2-Hydroxytoluene, 2-Amino-4-Hydroxyethylaminoanisole Sulfate, 2-Amino-6-Chloro-4-Nitrophenol, Sodium Hydroxide. Should I wash my hair before applying

This is what I do before coloring my hair (I'm not a professional, I have been coloring my hair and others for over 49 years though).Don't wash your hair unless you have a heavy build up of hair spray or styling products. If you have to wash your hair, then wait 24 hours before you color. That way the color will grab better.
